- Responsible for a wide range of M&A advisory services.
- Qualifications

(1) Associate
Individuals interested in M&A advisory services (No prior experience required).
(2) Senior Associate
Candidates with experience in M&A advisory or those who have worked in corporate planning or finance roles handling M&A in a business company (No prior experience in M&A advisory required).
(3) Manager
Candidates with at least three years of experience in M&A advisory.

- Tokyo ※ Regional assignments may be required on a project basis.
- Work Hours
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour workday) ・Flexible work hours available (subject to discussion) ・Remote work options available (subject to discussion)
- Salary

(1) Associate
Annual salary range: 6M – 8M JPY
(2) Senior Associate
Annual salary range: 7M – 10M JPY
(3) Manager
Annual salary range: 9M – 13M JPY
※Managers are considered mid-level management positions.
※Senior Associates and Associates are eligible for overtime pay.
※Performance-based bonuses are not included in the salary ranges listed above. However, final compensation will be determined individually based on experience and skills, using the stated figures as a reference.
- Holidays & Leave

Full two-day weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays

Year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave, bereavement leave, sick leave, maternity, childcare, nursing, and caregiving leave
- Compensation & Benefits

・Salary review once a year
・Annual bonus (minimum guaranteed bonus for Senior Associates and Associates)

・Three-month probationary period (no changes to employment conditions)
